We are a sustainable partner for hotels, offering customized linen and laundry management solutions. Whether it's a build-own-operate model or an off-site laundry, we empower hotels to choose what best suits their needs. After successfully implementing the Linen Rental model in hospitals nationwide, we have introduced it to the hospitality industry. This allows our hotel clients to focus on their core expectations: cleanliness, service, and comfort. Our current clients include JW Marriott, Radisson, and Mayfair Hotels & Resorts.
We offer both the linen rental and laundry services option to our hospitality clients
Linen Rental: In this option QSW takes care of the supply and darning of the linen and the washing

In terms of where the operations and process takes place, here again there are two options:
Build Own Operate: The hotel gives us a sizeable space with the hotel premises to install our machinery and run our operations
We transport the laundry to our nearest processing unit and bring back clean laundry to the hotel efficiently
We invest in new machines, top of the line equipment, manpower, chemicals, energy costs (electricity and gas) and maintenance. This method of operation gives our hotel clients new machinery, trained experts to work on the laundry and at affordable prices.
Sustainability
We are an eco-conscious brand and sustainability is a top priority for us. We bring about a 70% reduction in carbon emissions and 50% savings of water by recycling. We are on the path to save 800 million liters of water and 31 million kg of CO2 by March 2025. Likewise, we have ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 accreditations for high-quality standards and environmental sustainability. We also have ASSOCIATE’s GEM 5 accreditation for sustainability.
We use natural gas, CNG or LPG in our facilities. There is no use of wood fire boilers.
